Last night (N.Y.E.) I worked Security at Cello's from 11:00 P.M.-5:30 A.M. Cello's is an American & Italian restaurant in downtown S.L.C. {60 W 200 S - (801) 364-1140}. The owners of Cello's sometimes have after-hours private parties on Saturdays from 1:30-5:00 A.M. We did a private party last night because it was New Year's Eve. I run Security at these private parties. I usually work by myself or with a friend of the owners. Last night we had some guys from Black Ops Security {Lang Meeks - (801) 867-4348} help us out. There were no fights and I only had to kick one guy out for being too drunk. I didn't really want to work N.Y.E., but they needed me and I needed the money. Happy New Year!!!
